Check-out time
In our apartments, you can check in from 4:00 PM and stay until 12:00 PM on the day of your departure.
In front of the building, there are free parking spaces reserved exclusively for our guests.
At our facility, the amount indicated is the total charge (the cost of the tourist tax is included in the price).

We accept animals, with no extra charge.
The apartments operate with a fully remote reception system. The check-in process is carried out using coded boxes, the access codes for which are automatically sent to Guests on the day their reservation begins.

We offer Studio Apartments located in the attic of the building.
The studio apartment for 8 people consists of:
- double bedroom with a double bed and
sofa bed, - bedroom located under the eaves with
a double bed - living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette,
- private bathroom, table for 4 people.
The studio for 6 people has the same furnishings, with the exception of the bedroom under the eaves.
History
Apartamenty Dębowa 3, formerly known as Villa Heide-Röschen, was built in 1907 for Friedrich Brockl as a guesthouse.
From 1949 to 1998, it operated as the „Ilonka” Holiday Centre under the management of the Employee Holiday Fund.
Thanks to the renovation carried out in 2023, covering both the interior and facade of the building, you can now enjoy a stay at Dębowa 3 Apartments, savouring the beauty of the restored historic interiors.
